Overdoing Personas

people on needle

Its easy for us to overdo almost anything. Kim Goodwin offers some good advice about how not to overdo it when using personas as part of our software development process. Hat tip to Steve.
Personas

Personas are the representation of archetypical users of our software. They are used as a component in an interaction design approach to developing software. Start with our earlier article How To Create Personas for Goal-Driven Development.

Then check out Kim’s article about how to not overdo it (and good practical advice about what is important).

Thanks Kim for the great advice.
