Humane Interface Design Philosophy – 7 Tips

thanks

There are at least 7 ideals to keep in mind when designing a user interface. Shmula tells us about them.

In his article on humane interface design, shmula lists and describes seven ideals. After a long day of travel, I don’t have anything to add, so we’re just going to suggest you read his article. Here are the seven ideals that are covered in more depth:

  1. It’s not your fault.
  2. Simple things should stay simple.
  3. Fewer choices mean fewer worries.
  4. Your data is sacred.
  5. Your train of thought is sacred.
  6. Good interfaces create good habits.
  7. Modes cause misery.

Check it out.
