Also,  hidden decisions can be relevant (like this one), or irrelevant (like &#039;should I put the customer on hold while I go get a sandwich?&#039;).  Is there any approach other than &#039;use good judgment&#039; that you encourage your clients to take, to discover and emphasize hidden decisions like the example in this article?
