Sadly, my answer right now is &quot;in the indefinite future.&quot;  My current client engagement has me unsustainably busy, and while it should lighten somewhat, I don&#039;t know when I will make progress.  It has been a couple months since I&#039;ve done anything, and that &quot;anything&quot; still only qualifies as a rough outline.

On the bright side, every day I learn more, and with every blog post I write better.  So the longer it takes, the better it will be.  :)
